By using thisSite, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and further represent that you have reached the age of majority, having a valid corresponding shipping address in Malaysia with a legal capacity capable of entering into a contract.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND PRODUCTS ORDERING
To place an order, you are required to set up a personal account by providing information and login credentials such as your full name, date of birth, email address, username, and password, etc. Once you have completed the registration of your account, you may proceed to place an order on your desired product(s). Upon checkout, you are required to provide additional information such as contact number, shipping address, and payment information. Our Privacy Policy will describe how do we use, collect, process and store your personal data.
You shall take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account including preventing any misuse or unauthorized use of your account by any third party. We may, with immediate effect terminate your account (including deleting all the information, member point(s), and files therein) and/or suspend any of the services including access to all or any part of the Site, without prior notice should we reasonably suspect that your account has been misappropriated, misuse or there has been a violation of the Terms and Conditions or for any reason whatsoever. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss or damages arising from your negligence or omission to comply with the above.
PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The price of the product(s) will be displayed on the Site in the denomination of ringgit Malaysia along with other information such as photos, product description, and delivery information. Please note that the price(s) quoted does not include delivery charges, taxes, service charges, and other fees as may be applicable. The total amount payable will be made available to you upon checkout and you are required to make payment in full via debit card(s), credit card(s), bank transfer, or such other payment method(s) made available on our site from time to time.
All purchases orders are subject to product availability and acceptance of the order by our customer service specialist. For the avoidance of doubt, the acceptance of the purchase order takes place when the product(s) has been delivered or when the delivery status in our account exhibit the status as “Shipped”. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your purchase order at any point in time due to mispricing; incomplete information; unavailability of the product(s); error in payment or your failure to make complete payment; or violation of any of the terms and Conditions or any of our policies. We will keep in touch with you if there are any issues relating to your purchase order.
MEMBER POINTS, PRIVILEGES, AND BENEFITS
You will receive One (1) member point for every RM20.00 successful purchase from our Site and each member point carries the monetary value of RM1.00. The member point(s) will be credited into your account within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the product(s). You may check the status of your order and member point(s) on the site. Please note that member point(s) will only be rewarded upon each completed purchase. Member point(s) accumulated on your account may be used to deduct the total amount payable upon checkout for your next order. The member point(s) cannot be exchanged for cash.
In addition to the member point(s), we may at any time, create or make available any promotional codes, discounts, privileges, benefits, or other features pursuant to the specific established terms and conditions (“Membership Privileges and Benefits”). At any time in our sole discretion, we may revise the terms and conditions in relation to the Membership Privileges and Benefits including without limitation to (i) the member point(s) such as its amount, monetary value, expiry date, minimum spending on the total order; and spending limit on the member point(s); (ii) make the adjustment or correct any other Membership Privileges and Benefits accorded to you in your account without your prior consent; and/or (iii) all promotional activities and marketing campaigns including the right to terminate or suspend the same. We shall not be liable for any loss, errors, or delay in crediting, debiting, and deduction of the member point(s) including any unauthorized used, fraud, or misuse of the same.

Any contents, materials, or information including without limitation to questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions you post or transmit to us in any form, whether publicly or in private(“Submissions”) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and we may at our sole discretion and for any reasons, edit, copy, publish, distribute, remove, or translate and otherwise use your Submissions in any medium(s) of our choice.
You warrant that your submissions will be free from any libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could dampen the operation of the Site or provision of services; does not in any way violates the intellectual property rights of any party and made in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
