RETURN POLICY



WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you change your mind, we offer a full refund and you may initiate the return of product(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt. We do not accept partial returns and refunds of an order. Please note that the product(s) must be returned on the following conditions:-

 

  • in their original condition and quantity;
  • the outer appearance, labels, warranty cards, packaging materials, and the delivery box remains intact;
  • accompanied by original payment of proof; and
  • together with any free gifts or promotional items (if any).

 

We may refuse the return of product(s) if we identify signs of used; defects due to improper handling; damages due to wear and tear; or changes to the product(s)from its original condition. In this case, there will be no refund payment and we will return the product(s) to you with no delivery charges. The decision on the return of product(s) shall be final and conclusive.

 

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT(S)?

Once the return conditions have been met, our customer service specialist will send you a confirmation of your return request by way of an email notification. We will make the necessary arrangement for the collection of the product(s) from the designated address. A return fee will be imposed for the collection of the product(s).

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

The refund payment will be credited to you within 15 working days from the date we confirm that you are entitled to a refund via email notification. You will be entitled to receive a refund in the amount which you paid for the product(s) subject to a return fee, vide the original payment method used to purchase the product(s). Delivery fees, handling charges, and services tax (if any) previously paid are not refundable. Kindly take into account that the processing of the refund may take longer than expected depending on the respective service provider(s). We may contact you for more information to process your refund (as and when required).

 

Refund payment may be subject to additional costs and expenses due to changes in the pick-up location, delivery fees, handling charges, excise taxes, and duties, the total amount of which we will indicate to you prior to the refund. Member point(s) used for the same purchase will be refunded into your account accordingly.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

If there are any damages, defects, or breakages to the product(s), kindly contact our customer service specialist within 7 days from the date of receipt. If the returned product(s)are deemed to be defective or damaged by our customer service specialist, we will arrange for product replacement/product exchange. Nevertheless, you shall be fully responsible to examine and ensure that the product(s) are received in good condition upon reception.
